Welcome to Between Seasons Studio, a collection of essays, flora study and adventures this life takes us through.
This isn’t a travel blog.
It isn’t a reinvention story either.
It’s a record of what happens when you stop enduring a life and start paying attention to it.
For a long time, I confused resilience with permanence — as though staying put was proof of strength. But there’s a quieter kind of strength in noticing when something has run its course. In admitting that survival isn’t the same as living.
Between Seasons began as a way to make sense of that in-between space. The stretch of time after a decision has been made but before the future has clarified. The period where you are no longer who you were, but not yet certain who you’re becoming.
Here, I’ll write about place — and how it shapes us. About work — the kind done with hands, and the kind done quietly within ourselves. About movement — across countries, across identities, across seasons of ambition and rest.
There won’t be grand declarations. Only attention.
Because sometimes the most radical shift isn’t moving across the world.
It’s choosing to be present where you are.
